This year for Halloween the kids actually went trick or treating without us. They got to go with friends (and their parents went with them). It was the first year my $40 worth of Halloween candy got passed out. Better for my thighs! But kinda sad, this was Sydney and her friend Kaydee (left) trick or treating at our house. Sydney again wanted nothing to do with a "girl" costume and was a skeleton. I wish I had a picture with her mask on, it was a really cool costume. Chris somehow managed to trick or treat at our house with out me getting a picture of him and his friend Logan. He and Logan were both Jedi's. This was the first year in a LONG time that it was above 35 degrees while trick or treating. Which made for some extremely full bags of candy - not so good for my thighs!
